With more than twenty-three years of industry experience, Partha has worked in leadership positions in diverse industries such as Financial Services & Banking, Automobiles, Outsourcing and IT across India, USA and Thailand.

He has worked for global organisations such as General Electric, AIG and Dell, among others in the areas of Risk Management, Customer Care and Business Development. In the past he has held positions of Chief Risk Officer – AIG Bank Thailand, Vice President – GE Capital International Services, Head Risk Management – GE Capital Consumer Finance India, Director – Risk Management, GE Capital Consumer Thailand, Customer Care and Process Re-engineering Director – Dell Consumer North America and Senior Director – Convergys Corporation. Partha won several awards during his tenure with these organisations including being selected for the Capital University program at GE Capital. He is also a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.

In 2010, Partha co-founded a company, which develops cutting edge digital recruitment software for firms in India and the UK. Partha is deeply interested in technology, risk management, data analytics and predictive modelling. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and resides in Bangalore, India.
