Non-Executive Chairman

Stephen is an internationally experienced businessman who, during the last four decades, has held many positions at senior main board level, in a variety of industries.

He started his own business consultancy twenty six years ago and has advised over two hundred organisations on general business and management issues, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

During this period he has also developed a reputation as an industry expert in the recruitment and allied Internet arenas. He has advised industry trade bodies REC and APSCO (he chaired the APSCO Annual Members Award panels for their first seven years) and been a regular public speaker and writer on related sector subjects.

He also undertakes numerous mentoring activities for CEO’s and senior board level directors of client companies.

He has advised and worked with the Potts brothers, as an independent consultant, for many years, including acting as Executive Chairman of a world famous leisure, safari business in Zambia, formerly owned by the Potts brothers.

He joins the Talenetic board as Non-Executive Chairman and brings with him a vast array of knowledge and experience to support the existing board members.
