Keith is a co-founder of Evenbase/Jobsite, which, in 2013, entered into the top five digital recruitment companies in the world. He was CEO from 1999 to 2013 steering the company to global success through the building and acquisition of a portfolio of digital recruitment businesses attracting over forty five million unique users per month. Jobsite.co.uk, the flagship brand, was 16th in the Sunday Times Virgin FastTrack 100 of the UK’s fastest growing companies.

Keith has invested in and/or chaired a successful portfolio of companies, most recently the hugely successful digital business, Lenstore, which entered the Sunday Times Virgin FastTrack 100 as 10th fastest growing company in the UK. In 2013 Lenstore was acquired by Grand Vision, parent company of UK high street optician Vision Express.

Based in the UK, Keith is often a key speaker at recruitment events, investor events or appearing on television and is considered a visionary in the digital recruitment industry. Having studied Computer Science & Statistics at Brighton University, he graduated with honours and worked initially in defence software engineering, before commencing his hugely successful business career as CEO & co-founder of one of the UK’s first ISP’s in 1994.

With over thirty years experience in product development, Graham is a highly experienced CTO. He is a co-founder of Jobsite/Evenbase.

Having graduated with a Computer Science degree (Hons) from Newcastle University, Graham has had a successful career in software development, project management and consultancy prior to co-founding Jobsite. He has many years of product development experience in the digital recruitment market.

Graham oversees all aspects of product development and deployment for Talenetic.

Eric graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1983 and had a successful career in medical equipment design prior to moving into the technical recruitment sphere. In 1987 he launched his own UK based engineering recruitment consultancy with a unique, IT based, approach to market. During the eight years of operation, his agency placed nearly two thousand engineers in over seven hundred organisations.

In 1995, Eric took his immense domain knowledge into the digital recruitment space and co-founded the globally successful Jobsite (later Evenbase) where he was responsible for all aspects of the commercial development of the business. Later, Eric led the team responsible for the introduction of new products onto the market. These included highly successful top niche brands such as CityJobs.com and JustEngineers.net.

Eric specialises in the semantics of recruitment matching, ensuring that both recruiter and candidate searches are highly optimised.

With more than twenty-three years of industry experience, Partha has worked in leadership positions in diverse industries such as Financial Services & Banking, Automobiles, Outsourcing and IT across India, USA and Thailand.

He has worked for global organisations such as General Electric, AIG and Dell, among others in the areas of Risk Management, Customer Care and Business Development. In the past he has held positions of Chief Risk Officer – AIG Bank Thailand, Vice President – GE Capital International Services, Head Risk Management – GE Capital Consumer Finance India, Director – Risk Management, GE Capital Consumer Thailand, Customer Care and Process Re-engineering Director – Dell Consumer North America and Senior Director – Convergys Corporation. Partha won several awards during his tenure with these organisations including being selected for the Capital University program at GE Capital. He is also a certified Six Sigma Greenbelt.

In 2010, Partha co-founded a company, which develops cutting edge digital recruitment software for firms in India and the UK. Partha is deeply interested in technology, risk management, data analytics and predictive modelling. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and resides in Bangalore, India.

With over thirty years experience in technology management, Andrew has worked in the UK and Europe delivering IT services to organisations including the European Space Agency and the European Patent Office. On return to the UK in 2001, Andrew worked as IT Operations Director for Jobsite and in addition from 2006 for Associated Northcliffe Digital (digital consumer division of Daily Mail and General Trust ). The AND role involved collaboration and service delivery to group companies including: Primelocation, FindaProperty, the Mailonline, Broadbean and Motors.co.uk.
